Terms of Service

By creating an EarnLink account or using the platform you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use EarnLink.

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a contract, and able to operate a Mobile Money account in your own name. One person may hold one account.

EarnLink is invitation-only. You can register only through a valid invitation link belonging to an existing qualified member. The member whose link you use becomes your permanent upline; this relationship is recorded at registration and cannot be changed afterwards. Self-referral and attempts to alter your upline are not permitted.

Your username is your permanent public referral identifier. It cannot be changed once your account is created.

• Provide accurate registration, contact and MoMo details, and keep them current.
• Keep your password confidential and do not share access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
• Only submit payment references for payments you have genuinely made.
• Treat other members respectfully and do not misrepresent EarnLink to prospective members.
• Never promise or imply guaranteed income to anyone you invite.

Membership begins at Basic, which is free. Basic members do not receive a referral link and do not earn. Progression through Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond and Platinum depends on meeting the published qualification requirements and completing the applicable upgrade process. Stage requirements and amounts are published inside the platform and may be updated.

EarnLink does not process payments in the app. All upgrade payments are made manually by Mobile Money, directly between members, or to the EarnLink administrative MoMo account where the platform directs the payment there.

• A member requests an upgrade and receives payment instructions and reference details.
• The member pays the designated recipient by MoMo and submits the MOMO Transaction ID.
• The receiving upline confirms receipt of the payment.
• The applicable administrative fee is paid and submitted with its own reference.
• An administrator verifies the payment and fee before the upgrade is applied.

A stage upgrade takes effect only after administrative verification. Submitting a payment reference does not by itself upgrade an account.

Payment references and MOMO Transaction IDs are used to match and verify payments. EarnLink is not the sender or receiver of member-to-member payments and cannot reverse a MoMo transfer. If a payment is disputed, contact your upline first, then EarnLink support with the relevant references. False or fabricated payment references are grounds for suspension.

• Creating multiple or fake accounts, or registering on behalf of another person without authority.
• Submitting false payment references or forged transaction evidence.
• Attempting to access other members' accounts, data or administrative functions.
• Interfering with, probing or overloading the platform or its security controls.
• Publishing misleading claims about EarnLink, including guaranteed earnings.
• Using EarnLink for unlawful activity, including fraud or money laundering.

EarnLink may suspend, restrict or terminate an account that breaches these terms or presents a security, legal or integrity risk. Where practical we record a reason and you may contact support to respond. Suspension prevents financial actions on the account.

The EarnLink name, logo, content, design and software are owned by EarnLink Global. You may share your invitation link, but you may not copy, resell or create derivative versions of the platform or use EarnLink branding without written permission.

EarnLink does not promise or guarantee any income. Any figures shown in the compensation plan are illustrative maximums that depend entirely on individual effort, the activity of the members you introduce, and their completion of upgrades. Many members will earn nothing. EarnLink is not an investment, savings or financial product and provides no financial advice.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarnLink is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, for lost profits or anticipated earnings, or for payments made between members outside the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may add, change or withdraw features, and may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

You may request deletion of your account from your Profile page, or from the public account deletion page. Deletion removes personal profile information where legally permitted; certain payment and audit records, and the referral links that other members depend on, are retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
